Performance Enhancement for Rowers 

Beginner-friendly 1/2 hour classes using Myofascial Release, Yoga and Pilates to improve core strength, flexibility, range of motion and to enhance post-workout fatigue recovery. This program is designed to improve rowing technique and performance.  Special crew rates available!

 

Vinyasa Style Yoga

A onehour mixed level yoga practice characterized by flowing sequences of poses linked to breath and smooth transitions.  This session also incorporates mindfulness techniques to help create calm and enhance focus, allowing participants to leave the practice feeling refreshed, centered, and re-energized.

Where is the Boathouse Wellness Centre?

 

The Boathouse Wellness is located on the beautiful shoreline Quidi Vidi Lake, 10 Clancey Dr, St.John's NL. The studio offers stunning views of the lake and has its own parking lot for a stress free experience.

What are your class sizes?

The Yoga space at Boathouse Wellness is cozy, bright and intimate.  We limit class sizes to 9 people plus an instructor(s).  

What should I bring to class?

We recommend you bring a water bottle, towel, and wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats are available, but you may prefer to bring your own.  We have yummy props for you to use including bolsters, blocks, foam mats, blankets and myofascial balls.  

Are there showers and changing facilities available?

There are no shower facilities at the Boathouse.  There is a washroom facility for changing if needed. 

Do you offer private sessions?
